Returns

Ava & Company Boutique will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed with tags attached or it will be subject to denial. Please ensure the contents of your return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. Do not include additional items not listed. Returns are for store credit only. No exceptions.

Final sale items are Jewelry, Hats, Swimwear, Accessories and Gift Items.

Once we receive your return and inspect it for approval, a store credit will be issued to the email on file. You can then use this credit to order another size or one of our other items. Return shipping cost may be deducted from the store credit amount. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered (if the item is still available)but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
  • Visit your local USPS or UPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package
  • Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door. 
  • Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
